Every product we create is made with love and care, keeping your pet’s comfort at the heart of everything we do. We truly hope your furry friend enjoys their new bed — but in case something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right for you.
®️ Exchanges (Damaged or Incorrect Product)
If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, we will gladly offer a replacement bed at no additional cost.
We just ask that you inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can take quick action and ensure your pet gets what they deserve.

Since each bed is custom-made and personalized with your pet’s name, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we will always ensure you receive the correct product in perfect condition.
